Located next to Kuta beach and in a busy street with tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel is pretty dated; although it’s labeled as 5-star hotel, it is really a 3-star one given its condition and amenities, compared to other 4-star and 5-star ones I stayed before. Hotel room is spacious , and buffet breakfast is reasonably good.

The room was clean and well presented though starting to show some wear and tear in the bathroom /basin area. Would we stay there again,absolutely. This is a standard hotel. Breakfast was great and pool facilities. Rooms are not great. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Doors not functioning well. Slams on you. There is no robes provided. No PowerPoint near bedside. Grateful to the manager who changed our room upon request as the view we booked wasn't given to us in the 1st place. Overall, I might not go back here for a luxury holiday.
