This hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. They did everything possible to ensure we felt comfortable and well looked after at all times. Always friendly, helpful, and attentive – it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted every moment of our stay to be perfect. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel facilities are excellent. There is a well maintained pool area which has plenty of seating and lounges. There is a very good gym and children's play area close by. The on-site massage spa is great value. My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe pool view room which we found to be very nice and we always looked forward to the delicious breakfast. All the staff at the hotel are phenomenal! The best that we have encountered in our twenty visits to Bali in a variety of hotels.

The hotel is in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The staff are brilliant very helpful, friendly and professional and the breakfast is excellent . Unfortunately the hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit more TLC but that being said is is great value.

Located next to Kuta beach and in a busy street with tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel is pretty dated; although it’s labeled as 5-star hotel, it is really a 3-star one given its condition and amenities, compared to other 4-star and 5-star ones I stayed before. Hotel room is spacious , and buffet breakfast is reasonably good.

You can see the hotel would have once been a lovely oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the area, however it looks to have had little investment since then, however I'm fairness, it was priced accordingly so can't complain. Our family suite was very large with two separate rooms, the beds were hard but reasonably comfortable, however we also had a second room within our party, and their bed was like a wooden slab Buffet reakfast was plentiful and good quality. Pool is great for kids, not so much for swimming
