We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect—right in lively Kuta with direct access to the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There’s also the convenience of onsite currency exchange, which was really handy. The three swimming pools were a great bonus and never felt overcrowded. The highlight, though, was the buffet breakfast—absolutely unbeatable, with a huge variety and excellent quality. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff right from the beginning were amazing. I arrived late at night and they greated me with a big smile. The manager Cokea Cola was amazing. He meet me one time and every time he saw me he called me by my name as did a lot of staff. The hotel is centrally located and is amazing The room service was great and the food was good. At both the buffet and room service. My room attendant was amazing. Room was always spotless. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Beautiful hotel but even more beautiful staff.

The staff are extremely friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. We stayed here for a week, and it’s an experience we’ll take back with us to Australia. Bali in general has such beautiful and welcoming people, and this property truly reflects that warmth. The location is excellent—right in a prime area with easy access to everything. The service is top class, and the property offers a wide range of facilities within a large, well-maintained space—from pedicures and spa treatments to hair threading. The three pools are fantastic and add to the overall relaxing experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.
