The pollution during heavy traffic that gets trapped in the hotel is intense! Very poorly kept rooms but lovely staff who were pleasant to deal with.

We arrived in after a long day, our check in staff was so helpful, even the security in the parking lot for the on site bar helped with our luggage. We had a great clean room, bathroom was exceptionally clean for Indonesia. Our room overlooked a beautiful pool. We were a little concerned as the street below was very busy and loud, however, our room was silent. We only stayed here for one night, but would again and would recommend. Walking distance to the beach and to the mall and so much more.

The staff are amazing with special mention to Ari at reception/check-in and Putu the room cleaner. The smaller pool was fantastic and not busy. I felt safe as a single female traveller and enjoyed my stay at Grand Barong. I would stay again.

Great resort

It was a great resort next to all shops and night life the room was so clean and bed was comfortable staff are fabulous nothing is a hassle. Morning breakfast was a lot to choose from it has two pools one with swim up bar they were so clean I’d stay there anytime
