Wow, first time ever in Bali. This hotel has it all, from beautiful landscaped gardens and pool areas, very beautiful helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The restaurant has lovely meals and bar attached. Will definitely be staying here on my next venture to Bali.

Great place to stay if you want somewhere central. The staff were incredible, breakfast great choices. Down sides would be the pools, didn’t smell when you get out, and very few places to sit with friends and family that was cool, apart from your rooms. Everywhere else particularly outside your rooms was so hot and no fans.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. It is noted however that I witnessed staff going through the rubbish bin after cleaning rooms and looking at what seemed to be a boarding pass and had a little pile of things that were saved out of the bin. The bed was very uncomfortable. The day spa was absolutely filthy and dusty. The sink was blocked in the massage room and it had dirty water in it. The massage lady kept s checking her phone while doing my facial. The wait for food is very long the food itself is quite nice though . Won't be back

We had a lovely stay in fourteen roses hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with smile. The hotel ambience with tropical garden is relaxing. And we even got a surprise birthday cake from the hotel. Really made our Bali holiday even more special . Truely appreciated. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
