Overall nice chilled place to stay. Family room is good and spacious. Buffet breakfast is basic. Only 1 pool which is open until 11pm In my opinion the pool needs more chlorine as a bit slimy on the bottom and cloudy, can’t even smell any chlorine. definitely wouldn’t put my head under. Room service was good, staff were lovely, massages were good!

Room very clean, staff amazing and helpful. Pool very relaxing. Food great. Location amazing and quiet away from the noise of the road. Room is very quiet. Cannot hear anything unless outside the room. Very happy with stay. Booked Room 3 weeks, so I could come and go I also stayed in ubud a couple days knowing Room was there when I got back. Easy to jump on a grab to get to other places. Excellent security. Il b back next year

Excellent service, friendly staff, breakfast is good, clean room, location in in central so everything is walking distance--beach, stores, restaurants. I loved my stay and the only serious item I want to address to Dewi Sri Hotel is to please update and increase door security locks. The door know and lock is so outdated...I honestly did not feel secure. Although my stay was safe they do have security gate...the door in hotel room needs to be updated.

It was a beautiful hotel stay with a crystal clear pool and friendly staff. The live music every afternoon and evening was lovely in the Bali night each Friday was beautifully done. Let’s not forget happy hour from 12 till five every day, A wonderful stay I’ll go there again

We had a deluxe room and it was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Air con broke down on day 12 and being unable to fix they quickly relocated us to another room which was lovely. Staff are so, happy, friendly and helpful at all times. Great location and is reminiscent of the true Bali. Pool was a beautiful temperature and plenty of pool seating provided along with large, fluffy pool towels. Has a swim up bar which is handy. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all staff at Dewi Sri and be proud of your service and attention to detail.

Not a brand new property but well maintained, very comfortable bed, clean linen changed daily, hot shower, spacious room. Set amongst beautiful gardens, central location, fantastic staff. Excellent value overall, recommend also the breakfast buffet.
