Our room was on the ground floor, near the pool and with a beautiful outlook over the immaculately kept gardens. Breakfast was great, with a rotation of different foods each morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can book pickup from the airport (it does cost 150,000RP) but worth it if you don’t feel like wading through the taxi cabs on arrival. We usually stay next door at Kuta Bintang so this was a nice change. I’d recommend it.

Airport shuttle was waiting with a sign with our name. Staff were friendly and always happy to assist: at the front desk, breakfast, pool, restaurant, spa, and room cleaning.
