Amazing hotel perfectly located. Room are large , clean and comfortable We eate in a local restaurant at 2 minutes walking distance. The beach is close as well as many other attractions.

I had a really bad and sad experience while visiting Bali this being my 5th time. The Aston was a saving grace of the trip it was lovely. The only thing that would have made it better was a ‘spa makeover’ it was not up to the standard of the rest of this lovely hotel .

This hotel is pretty run down like many in Bali. We had a terrible experience at the rooftop restaurant- do not get the steak from there. Reception/staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to the airport. Room was clean but the TV is so old and cannot connect to internet.

The staff of the. Hotel is excellent, but the property itself really needs some attention. It is very dated, towels are very old, they don’t have hand towels, they don’t provided hands soap, very limited toilet paper. No electric plugs near the bed, and only one in the whole room. The place is close to shopping area, restaurants. House keeping are so nice . We did not use the pool because is closed at 6:00 pm . It’s should be closing at least 9:00 pm . The reception staff are so strict the rules for check in time . Not to consider to check in early even the room is already available. Villa is beautiful with complete appliance you need but no cookware to use .
