Excellent hotel. I stayed multiple places during my 14 day trip but this was by far the best hotel. Perfect location. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. My family and I were here from the states and the next time we come to Bali we will be staying here again. Don’t wait book now!!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was ideal, next to the huge shopping mall. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our kids loved the rooftop pool, which was always clean and warm. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a great location.

Nice hotel. They kindly moved us to another room after the first night as our original room was on the street front and very noisy. Breakfast was good. Pool was amazing and most of the time no one was using it.

帰国便が朝早かったので、空港近くで綺麗なホテルだなと思い予約しました。ホテルに予約した車で空港まで7分くらいでした。 想像以上にお部屋が広く綺麗で、屋上のプールも広くて海が見え、とても良いロケーションで、プールサイドで気持ち良く過ごせました。 バーも併設されていて、孫たちもアイスを食べたり、大喜びで楽しんでいました！ 歩いてスパやレストランもたくさんあり、とても立地が良いと思います！ 長年バリに通っていますが、今までこのホテルを知らなかったことが残念です。 是非また利用させて頂きたいと思います！！

残念な体験

金庫が壊れていた、交換すると言っていたが結局されなかった。滞在中、貴重品は肌身離さずの状態でかなり神経を使った。そして、カードキーは何度も交換してやっと使えるようになったが2枚の内、１枚しか使えなかった。チェックインして1時間以上、このやり取りをした。バリ島は何度か来ているが、こんなにゴタゴタしたのは初めて。部屋の交換を頼んだが満室だそう。お詫びにと何かしらの対応などなかった。 朝ごはん会場や出口までひたすら歩く、部屋はかなり広くて綺麗、庭や屋上プールの景観は良い。ポーターの人も親切だが金庫が使えないのは良くない、シャンプーとボディソープのディスペンサーは壊れかけ、床が湿気でベタつく、朝食会場にジャムゥがあった、珍しい。

This is an amazing hotel - beautiful from start to finish. The reception area was a pleasant surprise - it’s effectively a standalone hotel, but has an adjoining door in the Lippo Mall. This means there’s local shops and a supermarket on your doorstep, and lots of restaurants. It’s also a newer hotel, and the rooms are apartment-like in size. Everything was fabulous, from the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant, to the gorgeous rooms and super-polite and friendly staff. The Balinese are always very friendly, but these guys and girls were spectacular. The concierge, porter, reception team, housekeeping team and restaurant / bar staff were wonderful. The hotel is also a stone’s throw from the airport and easy walk to the beachfront footpath. The general local area is definitely older and less well kept, externally, but this hotel was well worth the stay. It exceeded our expectations (which rarely happens) and we will definitely be back. Terima kasih banyak Aryaduta team.

Butler, Agung, assigned to us was so very capable and was able to comply what we wish to achieve during the stay. The room was very good and spacious and clean. Foods served were all vegan and specially morning smoothie so very good.
