Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

夫婦で利用しました。ビジネスマンや女性一人での利用者もいらっしゃいました。 ロビーにフリードリンクが用意されていて14時～20時くらいまでは日本酒もありました。夫が試飲しましたが辛口で美味しかったそうです。 朝食のビュフェは普通でしたが、女性スタッフがとても気を使ってフードなどの 盛り付けや補充をしてくれていて清潔感があり良かったと思いました。 フロントの対応も明るい笑顔でよかったと思いました。
