Amazing modern, clean room with a comfortable bed! The staff were lovely. In a central area that is very walkable (5-10 mins walk) to the famous nusumai bridge, suehiro bar district and train/bus station. Free drinks (coffee, orange juice, tea, tequila, sake) in the lobby and lots of free amenities and rental items (e.g. a vacuum for your car)! This was the best hotel I have stayed in and for such an amazing price!! I couldn’t have asked for more and would stay again!

ロビーに自由に飲めるコーヒー、お酒やスープがあるのがうれしかったです。利用させていただきました。 廊下に置いてあるグラスを使おうと思って部屋に持って行ったが、臭くて使えなかったです。洗った後に使う布巾の問題だと思います。

スタッフの皆さんが本当に親切で常に親切なご対応を頂きました。付随のアメニティも素晴らしく毎晩良い香りのバスタイムを楽しめました。ホテル周辺は地元グルメで有名な小さなお店が沢山あり退屈しません。また利用させて頂こうと思います。

部屋が普通のホテルに比べ広めです。 内装もお洒落でよかったです。 部屋にスマホ充電用ケーブル、加湿器があり、細かいところまで行き届いていました。 シャワーの水圧もしっかりしており、すぐに熱湯が出ます。 消毒液が至るとこにあり、コロナ対策も万全でした。 ロビーに無料のコーヒーやドリンク、スープ等の提供があり、ありがたかったです。 また、朝食は充実しており美味しかったです。 バイキングでしたが、こちらもコロナ対策万全で、安心して食べることができました。 釧路へ行く際は、また泊まりたいと思います。

朝食がとても美味しい。バイキングだったが両手にビニル手袋をはめて料理をとるなど感染対策も良い。スタッフも感じが良い。部屋には各種のケーブル類が完備されておりうれしかった。駐車場は一番近いところに止めれたので特に不便も感じなかった。釧路に来たらまたこのホテルに泊まると思う。
