We love this hotel and recognize the care and effort that went into caring for the property as well as maintaining a nice clean atmosphere. Attention given for providing extra items for rental or personal use was a nice touch. The shuttle that travels back-and-forth between the bus station was also helpful. We had some minor issues with the facilities. The lounge does not open till 4 PM and when the weather is inclement or rainy, it would be nice to have that location available. They also have a drink machine that was never on or available to use, which would also make it more user-friendly. The onsens were pleasant, but more attention to removing clumps of hair from bottom of onsen during cleaning times would make it more pleasant.

無人なので分からない場合、人を見つけるのにも一苦労。それだけがマイナスなので無人ホテルに慣れてる方であれば全然問題無しかと。私はまた泊まりたいと思います！

改装されたホテルのようで、外観は普通でしたが、中はとても綺麗でした。無人チェックインアウトでスタッフの数が極端に少ないですが、その分貸出のゲームやドリンクバー等施設面が充実していて、家族連れにはうれしいです。予約する時に朝食無しのプランしかなかったので無いものだと思っていたら、現地着くと簡易朝食というものが付いていて、簡素なものを想像していたのですが、品数は少ないですが、ビュッフェ形式で朝食には十分な量でこれが一番ありがたかったです。湯畑にも歩いて行けて総じて大変満足出来るホテルでした。

無料の 朝食 良かったよ 2泊したんですけど 明太子 大きくて美味しかった エレベーターが3機もあってまたなくて乗れたので良かった 送迎バスが1時間に1本 なのが残念だった30分に1本ぐらい欲しい 風呂上がりの無料ドリンクは良かった

妻と2泊で利用しました。チェックインはロビーにあるタブレットでの手続きで、15時にならないとチェックインできません。チェックアウトは部屋の鏡についているタッチパネルでの操作で、スタッフは清掃作業時以外は2.3人しか見かけません。 お風呂は男女入替制で、サウナがある方の内風呂は45.5度あり、誰も入れない状態でした。初日は42度位でしたが。 サウナはバレルサウナで6人位しか入れません。水風呂は10℃位と16℃位の1人用が２つあり、整い用のチェアは10個ほどありました。 露天風呂は39℃〜40℃でした。 部屋にもユニットバスと、別に洗面台も付いています。 建物は古いようですが、リノベーションしてあり、部屋も清潔でした。ベッドマットは少し柔らかめに感じました。 朝食は別料金を支払っている訳ではないので不満は感じませんでした。 夕食はありませんが、草津温泉には飲食店も多く問題無いと思いますが、湯畑付近は混んでそうでした。 湯畑までは送迎がありましたが、利用せず徒歩で2往復しました。健康な方でしたら15分位でしょうか。ただ、行きは下り坂、帰りは登り坂が結構きつめです。 宿泊料金は草津温泉の相場からみて、平均的な料金でしょうか。 総合的に満足できる宿泊となりました。

リーズナブルで無料サービスも多く、子連れで楽しめるホテルでした。館内も新しく改装されたようでお部屋もとても綺麗でした。 外風呂だけ、どうしても虫が多いので、お湯の中に入った虫を取れる網が置いてあったらいいなと思います。 それ以外は大満足だったのでまた泊まりたい宿でした。

事前オンラインチェックイン、チェクアウトも初めてで心配でしたが、とてもスムーズに出来るので良かったです！ 「大浴場は何時から開いていますか？」などとお部屋の鏡に映るタッチスクリーンから質問したりして、近未来的な感覚も味わう事が出来て、子供も大喜びでした。 お部屋も洋風の様で和風を取り入れた感じが自宅と違い新鮮さがありました。 　大浴場も綺麗で気に入りました。お風呂から出てすぐにヨギボーや、ドリンクコーナーもあるのでリラックス出来ました。 　夜は、足のマッサージ機やワンちゃん用品、ボードゲームなどの色々なグッズを貸し出しするお部屋から、UNOとトランプをお借りして盛り上がりました。 　翌日の無料の朝食は、ほとんどのホテルは体裁だけで美味しくなかったりしますが、B/Cホテルは妥協のないビュッフェで、本当にどれも美味しくて期待以上でした。 　お部屋からの景色もとても綺麗で、本当にみんなでまた泊まりたいです
