Very friendly staff and good food. You’ll likely be satisfied as long as you don’t set your expectations too high. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but functional. The beach area, however, may not be ideal for non-swimmers.

Better experience than expected

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Für Kurzurlauber durchaus zu empfehlen. Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war alles sehr gut. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Ort und Lage ist als Top zu bewerten. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es an den Snackbar´s. Dort war das Essen leider ungenießbar. Pommes nicht gut fritiert, Pizza nur mit Meis und Käse, Hamburgerfleisch mit Lamm, nur Selfservice, und die Hambugerbrötchen waren nicht frisch. Snachbar´s am Pool leider sehr unhygienisch. Negativ war, dass die Siebe besonders an den Kinderpools und Rutschenbereich zerbrochen und lückenhaft waren. Zerbrochene Plastikteile von den Sieben lagen am Pool herum. Große Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Hier sollte das Hotelmanagement sofort tätig werden.

Otel konum olarak iyi, çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Ancak hizmet konusunda sıkıntılar var. Karşılama ve resepsiyondan memnun kaldık ancak deniz çok kirliydi, yosun ve çöplerden giremedik. Bu sıcak havada buz sürekli tükendi ve içecekleri sıcak içtik. Kokteylleri başarısız. İstediğimiz hiç bir kokteyli ya bilmiyorlardı ya da çok alakasız şekilde yaptılar. Yemekleri çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Ortak alanda tuvaletler çok kirliydi. Animasyon ekibi çok isteksiz laf olsun diye bir şeyler yapıyorlardı. Garsonlar genel olarak güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ortalama bir hizmet. Fiyatı uygun olduğu için değerlendirilebilir.

Ada Kule Üzdü

İlk girdiğimiz oda aşırı derecede rutubet kokuyordu, koltuklar bariz lekeli halıfleks aşırı derecede kirliydi. Yataklar özensiz olarak düzeltilmişti üzerindeki çarşafların ve pikelerin rengi grileşmişti. Talebimiz üzerine başka bir oda verdiler. Bu oda ilkine göre daha nezihti fakat üstteki duş başlığı bozuktu duş bataryası randımanlı çalışmıyordu. Yerdeki halıfleksler çok eskiydi ve üzerine muhtemelen kırmızı şarap dökülmüştü ve oldukça büyük bir leke sıçrama izleriyle beraber yatağın kenarında iştah kesici bir görüntüsü vardı. Klima son ayarında olmasına rağmen zorlukla serinletiyordu. Mobilyaların her köşesi dökülmüştü. Tavandan geçen yangın borularının delikleri kırık dökük içi gözüküyordu. Yatak yine özensiz şekilde düzeltilmişti. Odadaki kasa arızalıydı. Pencerelerde sineklik yoktu. Restoran bölümü daha bakımlıydı fakat çatal bıçak takımları masalara çıplak atılarak açık havada bekliyordu. Bu konuda büyük bir hijyen problemi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çatal bıçaklar düzgün yıkanmamış vaziyetteydi. Özellikle tatlı büfesi sinek doluydu. Sıcak yemekler, tatlılar, mezeler gayet güzeldi. Asansörler çok yavaş ve yetersiz haldeydi. Kişisel davranışlar biz misafirlere karşı gayet ilgiliydi. Son olarak Ada Kulenin kuruluşundan beri kalitesi ile anılırken maalesef bu kaliteyi yitirmiş durumda olduğunu gördüm. Bunun bir sebebinin de her şey dahil sistem olması olduğunu düşünüyorum. Para kazanmak uğruna kaliteden ödün vermek turizme zarar verdiğini düşünüyorum.

Tane tane yazayım istedim Havuzlarda berraklık yoktu. Bulanık haldeydi. Hiç girmedim. Calisanlar genel olarak Güleryüzlu yardimseverdi. Ama sayıları yetersizdi kesinlikle. Asansörler iki tane ve her defasında 10-15 dk bekledik. Barlarda hizmet çok zayıf, temizlik yoktu. Barlarda tek kişi oluyor genelde ve bitmeyen kuyruklar var. Sıra bana geldiğinde sürekli maalesef yok cevabı duydum. Buz bitiyor ama getiren yok. Limon yok, bardak yok, süt yok. Vs vs Denizi çocuklu aileler için uygun değil. Kumsal yok denebilir. Yemek çeşidi sulu yemekte çok azdı. Çok lezzetli diyebileceğim birşey ile karşılaşmadım. Bı sure sonra bardan birşey alabilmek zulüm haline geldi. Günümü doldurdum ama sabah ilk işim çıkış yapmak oldu. Manzarası güzeldi.

Kötü yorumlardan dolayı son tercihimizdi. Ancak diğer yerlerde yer bulamamızdan dolayı burayı tercih ettik. Ancak ilk andan beri bu yorumların çok uç deneyim sahipleri tarafından yazıldığına kanaat getirdik. Otel gerçekten çok iyi. Personeli güler yüzlü, kibar ve sürekli yardımcı olma niyetindeler. Lokasyonu muhteşem, bulunduğunuz herhangi bir alanda inanılmaz bir manzara sizi bekliyor. Yemekler gayet iyiydi akşam yemeği menüleri çok çeşitliydi. Beklenmedik anda pide çıkıveriyor, pizza sürülüyordu masalara. Özellikle pideler muazzamdı. Pide ustası herhangi bir büyük şehirde tanınmış bir pideci olurdu. Etkinliklere hiç katılmadık bu yüzden yorum yapamıyorum ama genellikle çocuklu ailelere yönelik eğlenceler vardı. Hoşumuza gitmeyen tek özelliği sahiliydi. Küçük koyun iki tarafında betondan alanlar yapılmış, şezlonglar koyulmuş su sporları falan var. Ancak bölgedeki ekosistemi olumsuz etkilediği bir gerçek. Çok fazla yosun var bu yosunlar sahile vurmuş ve temizlenmiyorlar. Bu betonlar yerine ortadan bir iskele yapılsaydı da yüzmek isteyen buradan girseydi güneşlenmek isteyen de havuz kenarlarını kullansaydı keşke. Ama tabi rakip otellerle yarışmak adına bu yapılmış.
