This is a beautifully designed, elegant, first class hotel. It has sea-views - especially from the friendly lounge. The atmosphere is enhanced by the Russian lady's top-quality piano playing. Planning our next trip to Charisma.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in – truly unforgettab

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome. The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay. We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!

I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi

Wonderful resort right on the water, with unique swim deck access to water. Great services all around. Location is close enough to historical Ephesus, so a quick 15 min drive will take you to the ruins and Virgin Mary’s house.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Our rooms were looking at the sea and very spacious. The hotel was very elegant, great breakfast area with a wonderful view, a feast that was included in the price. They had a huge lap pool, one of the best infiniti pools I swam and a great exercise room. Close to town with a comfortable walk.

Beautiful and very clean. Everywhere you look at, it’s very nice. The people at dining area were very polite and helpful. Although the bed was not that comfortable, but overall we had so much fun staying and surely we will be back and recommend the place to our friends..And also, if you can have some English movies on your TV channels or even an English subtitle that would be a big factor to entice more guests….

The view was wonderful. The room staff cleaned / tidied well. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood restaurant was very good and staff friendly. The reception staff were dismissive, slow, disorganised, unhelpful and in-smiley. I was asked to return twice to book an extra night. On the 3rd try I was assured that it was booked only to receive a phone call on the original check out day asking me to check out. The morning of my actual check out, 2 different reception staff were on duty- smiley, quick & efficient.

We loved the hotel and the staff was great.. only dislike was the seafood restaurant.. prices were not listed inside only outside on the street so the hotel guest can’t see it unless they walk outside literally on the street. The staff at restaurant didn’t understand English like the staff inside the hotel. everything else was great.

Property was nice for the day time, however at night the very loud music started and lasted until 3am. I feel with a discounted expedia rate, we were given a room closest to the noise. Tour group rooms appeared to be located further away from the noise. I dont just mean noise, even while wearing ear plugs, I still felt the room vibrating. Hotel appears to cater to tour groups, as we watched many groups come and go.

Intimidating and Aggressive Reception 😠

Over many years we are returning guests to Charisma, we were treated horribly by the reception staff upon check in. A minor error in the reservation resulted in aggression by the reception and they demanded to see my personal cell phone. This is not the Charisma I came to love years ago. Embarrassing! 😞

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.

It better say 3 star hotel

You can't consider putting two twins bed as one king size bed. I dialed 0 or 555 but didn't dialed. I told receptionist. He called my room then he said phone is working. But it wasn't working from room to reception. Both phone. No fan in the bathroom. Made a trip to spa no one there. Blankets are so thin. no conditioner in the shower. Just combination of body wash and shampoo. Poor quality of dinner buffet. There is a club across the street open till 4 am . Hard to sleep with the sound of the music club. Must have sound proof windows.

One of the best hotels I booked. Excellent and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms. Wonderful location with a private beach. The special terrace in each room was wonderful, providing an excellent view on the sea. Great dining options. Had a lovely experience and really like to repeat staying in the near future. Warm thanks to all the wonderful staff members who made this stay unforgettable.
