Great hotel with excellent hospitality, helpful staff with good English speaking. The Onsen is good and large. Will return to book GR if go to Kurome again.

A rather dated hotel. Can’t pick on anything if you wanted a simple bed and a functioning toilet. Old room design. Spacious room with a large massage chair stuck in the middle of the room. Parking is quite cool and convenient though.

Terrible security! The hot spring is located on 2/F, and everyone can reach 2/F (you only need a room card to reach 3/F to 9/F). You do not even need a room card to enter the hotel. To enter the hot spring area, you need a password. At that night (23rd Feb), when I reached 2/F, a group of delinquents (ヤンキー) were waiting at the entrance of the hot spring. And they threatened me to tell them the password. I could only pretend that I don't know that password and I entered the hotel just for the toilet. Some staff are helpful and friendly, and some are not. But I think the staff working at the front desk should pay attention to who have entered the hotel. This hotel is not safe at all. The worst experience I've ever had in Japan.

ホテル周辺に食事を取れるお店は多いが、目当てのお店は予約が取れず、日曜休みの店も多いので歩き回りましたので、次回は早めに予約しようと大浴場のセキュリティーも良く安心して何度も利用させて頂きました。ウォーターサーバー用の紙コップが小さいのか、水が床にこぼれていました。側に拭くモップがあれば良いと思います。早朝利用した際は電源が入ってなかったのも残念でした。

夫婦と小学生の子供2人で宿泊させて頂きました。全体的に清潔にされてあり、快適に2泊３日を過ごす事が出来ました。隣県から来た者の率直な意見としては、エレベーターにもカードキーが必要との事で、2枚ではなかなか不便でした…。日帰り温泉もされてあり色々な人の出入りがある分、セキュリティがしっかりしているので安心…と言えばそれまでですが。。 部屋の電力に必要なカードをダミーにするなり、工夫があれば一層快適だったと思います。
