“Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. ”

“Initially, we were sent to an older part of the hotel, where the bathroom towel rack was falling, then after we came back from linch and some sightseeing noticed the front desk had been trying to contact me and offered us an upgrade, which they said was where we should’ve been sent to in the first place. Got moved to the newest area of hotels with better room and amenities. So, I could give them one less star but will give the and excellent experience for making the correction. ”
