Very well equipped apt., very quiet area, clean and in good condition. Much larger than a hotel room at the same price level, and very central to everything in the area. Check in is by a system like a love hotel, so very easy but do look for an email with the door codes. Location is right across from the old town area and an easy 10 min. walk from the train station. Lots of choices for restaurants and there are several supers close by and a Lawsons on the corner. Eating in is an option if you are tired of eating out and is very easy. Good way to experience how the typical Japan apt. is.

The location is great, close to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed for two nights as a family of four, but it was disappointing that there was no towel replacement. It would be nice if extra towels were available in the room or placed in the hallway for guests to use.

Outstanding. Likely the best feature of this property. It is highly convenient, especially if arriving from Okayama. For travelers with luggage, taking the Limited Express train is strongly recommended for ease of access. The room was spacious and very clean, making it ideal for families or those traveling with a lot of luggage. The only minor flaw was a slight layer of dust on the high ledge above the beds. Unmanned check-in was seamless, and the remote customer service team was quick and responsive. A washing machine and detergent are provided in the room, which is a fantastic bonus for longer stays. There is no dryer—plan to air-dry your clothes. The day before my check-in, I received an email allegedly from the hotel requesting my credit card details, threatening cancellation if I did not comply. I was exhausted angter 20-25 k steps from all say and, fearing cancellation at an unmanned hotel, I unfortunately provided the information. This turned out to be a sophisticated phishing scam. While thankfully nothing was charged to my card, I had to immediately cancel it, which caused a major inconvenience for the remaining three weeks of my month-long trip in Japan. While the hotel is not to be blamed the management should investigate how this leak occurred. Putting my experience here for causation for other travelers.

近隣駐車場が満車でなかなかなく心配していましたがギリギリ一箇所だけ空きがあり止めれたので早めに駐車場は確保しておくのがいいかと思います。子ども連れでしたが部屋もお風呂も綺麗で電子レンジが室内にあるのはとってもありがたかったです。

Établissement bien situé, au calme. Chambre très spacieuse, chose rarissime au Japon, toilettes séparés de la salle de bains. C'est moderne, neuf, très confortable. Le seul point négatif est sur la propreté, le fond des toilettes n'était pas propre et il y avait de la poussière sur le meuble de salle de bains et de cuisine.

予約完了メールや無人受付の為の対応メールが迷惑メールにて弾かれたのか（迷惑メールフォルダにもなかった）ホテルへの入室パスワードが分からず困った。ホテル関係へ電話しても繋がらず… 無人ホテルは初めてで戸惑ったが、スタッフとは部屋のチャットでの対応でなんとか連絡を取り合えた。すぐに連絡したい時に電話が繋がらないのは困ったが…チャットの返事は必ずきた。 部屋も広くて、きれい。トイレ、お風呂も別々で良かった。ベット周りにコンセントも沢山あって一人一人スマホの充電ができて助かった。部屋にミニキッチン、電子レンジ、電気ポットも完備されている。料理はしなかったけど、果物があったので包丁やフォークなどあって助かった。スポンジや洗剤もあったのですぐに洗えた。 連泊して調理するのも良さそうだけど、換気扇はどこに？ 他の方の口コミにもあったお風呂のアカいところは少し気になったが、自宅で掃除しててもついてしまう時があるのでソレかなぁという感じ。お風呂にシャンプーとコンディショナー、ボディソープが設置してある。髪はバサバサにはならなかったらしい。 アメニティ関係はフェイスタオルとバスタオル、歯ブラシのみなので、自分で一応色々トラベルグッズを準備していたが、近くにコンビニがあるのでなんとかなる。 専用駐車場はなかったが、近隣の駐車場は平日だったので安くて驚いたし、ありがたかった。 少し歩けばコンビニもレストランや居酒屋も沢山ある。 歩いてすぐに美観地区へも行ける。立地は最高。 ここだから無人でも困らない環境なのかなぁと思った。ある程度はチャット対応できるし、近所にある設備でなんとかなる。
