Clean and friendly place to rest

One of the many trips to this hotel. Staff is friendly and dillingent. Rooms are clean and quiet. Spa and gym are OK. I wish that there will be more vegan options for breakfast.

Barely okayish

The hotel looks a bit like an outdated 90's cruise ship. There have been updates but basically too much bling bling. Had a premium room, which looked like a standard room with lake view. Glass wall inn the shower was dirty and during the whole stay (4 nights) there was no proper cleaning. No new coffee cups, no clean wine glasses. Breakfast was okayish, don't know how do they do their bacon but those felt more like beef jerky. Otherwise not too busy. Felt disappointed and probably looking for another hotel for my next visit.

Pieni pettymys uudelleenvierailulla

Aamiainen maistui kauniissa jÀrvimaisemassa. KesÀllÀ tarjotut kalavaihtoehdot leikkelepöydÀssÀ olivat vaihtuneet maksapateeseen. Se harmitti. Hotellihuone oli siisti, mutta en tiennyt varausta tehdessÀ ettei huoneessa ole vedenkeitintÀ ja teepusseja. Veden laatu oli edelleen yhtÀ huono. Kloori maistui hyvin voimakkaasti. TÀmÀ tuntuu jÀrvien keskellÀ kummalliselta. Myös parkkeeraamisesta hotellin ruutuihin oli yllÀttÀen tullut maksullista. 10 e yö on aika paljon. TÀtÀ ei infottu ulkona millÀÀn tavalla. Vanhana vieraana ajoin ruutuun ja vasta tiskillÀ selvisi ettÀ siitÀ maksettava. Myös reseptionisti oli tÀstÀ pahoillaan vaikka ei sitÀ sanoin ilmaissut. Ensi kerralla yöpyessÀni Kuopiossa joudun kullÀ harkitsemaan hotellin vaihtoa. Toisaalta aamupalan vuoksi voisin tullakin. Se oli hyvÀ.
