The address of the hotel is very good, and parking is convenient. It is close to the railway station and the business district, with convenient public transportation and travel. The hotel facilities are a little old, but the service is very good, which meets the four-star standard. It is cost-effective and recommended to stay.

The lobby area is very nice and the property is clean. Very good breakfast buffet with mix of Western and Chinese offerings. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and comfortable, felt like a budget chain hotel in the US. The only negative the carpet and furnishings which are worn and could stand to be replaced. Staff at the front desk were helpful.

So the hotel is really nice and clean, it's in a good location if you want to get a train and the breakfast in the rotating restaurant was excellent. Sadly the heating in our room didn't work and we had a very cold night with our toddler. Sadly we didn't realise that the heating wasn't working until we got into bed, by that point we just wanted to sleep as we had had a long day travelling and had to wake up early to catch a train.

This hotel is near to kunming train station. Hotel staff is helpful. I requested a non smoking room, but the smoking smell is so strong from the previous guests, that I can smell it the moment I stand at the door. I requested for change room and the staff is very helpful, change immediately. The bed is very hard. A Chinese grandma actually allow her grandchild to play ball at 7th floor lift lobby!!! We have to stop her from distrusting the rest of the guests.

Great value and service in Kunming

The airport express bus Line 2 stopped right in front of this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient. My room on the top floor of the lower building was spacious and completely refurbished. I stayed for six nights and was very pleased with the value and location of this property. The restaurants and room service were also excellent? A word of caution: be prepared to communicate in basic Chinese.

They let people smoking in a no smoking hotel

The hotel is nearby the train and bus stations. The airport bus is just right outside the hotel main entrance. I requested non smoking floor but see the people smoking in the hallway, i notified the staffs and was told they can't do anything about stop them from smoking.

Location! Location! Location!

Donald Trump's saying: Location! location! location! Well, the location is unbeatable here. Only about a 5 minute walk to the Main Railroad station and two subway stations. Up to maybe a hundred places to eat around the hotel. Not to mention the airport bus depot right outside the hotel. And that,s more than good enough for me.

The room is tiny (which is understandable given its superior location). I fell sick in the room and the staff was very helpful with tidying up the room timely. Great location for accessing the train station and the airport.
