The property provided free pickup from kumanoshi train station (reservation in advance). The breakfast is excellent. Hot bath with jacuzzi is only open till 24:00.

Better than expected

Booked this hotel because there's no other avaliable choice around but it's much better than we expected. The room is old but big enough to put few luggages. The public bath is comfortable. Included breakfast and dinner are average. But after all, it's quite nice at this price point.

熊野古道伊勢路の途中で宿泊しました。 宿泊日に二駅前で日没終了となったので 電車で移動し、最寄りの大迫駅までの 送迎を翌日朝も含めて提供いただきました。 一階にはコインランドリーもあり とても便利で快適なホテルです．

位置較偏僻

環境優美，隣近鬼之城可以步行前往大約需時30分鐘！如果有駕車就十分方便！ 泊車十分方便就在酒店旁邊，早餐好特別有個細鍋爐提供，可以自己煎蛋！

４階建ての4階に宿泊したのだが、部屋でお湯が出ないトラブルが発生。フロントの男性が修理屋さんへ連絡して２時間ほどで復活。少し時間がかかったものの、一生懸命対応していただいた姿が印象的でした。

冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の飲みかけのペットボトルがのこってました。清掃がいきとどいてるのか汗 対応はスムーズでよかったですがほかに レストランの店員さんとお客様がコミニケーションをとれていない様子で大声でどなるお客様とそれに対応できていないスタッフが見てて苦しいものがありました、日本語をはなせる他のスタッフが助けにくるわけでもなく、美味しく頂けるものもいただけません。料金が安い事もありますので色々なお客様も来られますしサービスにも限界はあると思いますが頑張ってください！！

ビジネスには勿体ないシチュエーション

とてもシンプルなサービスで満足出来ました 大浴場もありありがたいです 室内のコンセントが少なく感じたのでの今後増設を望みます 夕食大満足朝食バイキング満足出来ました やはりバイキングは自分でとりたい人にはとても良いですが予めセットプランありきのプレートも希望ありきであるとビジネスマンにはよいかも

・広い部屋から海が眺められて贅沢でした。 ・朝食のパンは熊野市駅近くのパン屋さんのもののようです。陶板で卵等を自分で焼くことができて楽しかったです。 ・梅という安い夕食付にしたのですが出来合い物が多く残念。　 ・ウェルカムコーヒーがなくて残念。
