I highly recommend staying on the luxury floor. The view from the 11th floor is amazing, but the lounge on the 4th floor is also very nice. I especially loved the complimentary drink time in the lobby in the evening. It was such a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back again!

The room was excellent and most pleasing to my sons and I, The Hotel Is right next to the Train Station, This is a Big Plus, The restaurant was great for dining and has an excellent Buffett. All staff members, Receptionist, Bar Tenders, Restaurant Hostess etc... were most friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. If you plan to tour the Castle it is just a short taxi ride. Our One Piece Tour guide uses the hotel for a location pick-up point. By the way both tours are excellent

The hotel is located right next to the train station. Staff was very nice and professional. Excellent buffet breakfast. The only problem was only one key (an actual room key, not keycard) was provided for three people sharing a room. Although we just had an overnight stay, we liked the hotel and convenient location so we would stay there again.
