The hotel has the nicest welcoming staff soon we walked to the lobby floor. They were really friendly and checked in very smoothly to our room. We had a comfy double room overlooking some mountains and houses. Train station just outside the hotel and very convenient to take trains around or going to old part of Kumamoto. We liked our stay and loved the city. Hope to return one day staying the same hotel.

My corner room was very spacious with a view of the city. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. Loved having an onsen. Soundproof rooms with excellent blackout curtains. The TV provides a status on how many washers are available, how much time is remaining on each machine and how busy the onsen is. Great location. Very helpful staff. I'd stay here again!
