Location right next to station but parking instructions were unclear and confusing. The loft bedding is a plus however the usage of sofa bed was not setup even though booking already indicated # of pax. Amenities in room was also not prepared and needed to be requested.

Everything was fine, only the laundry service left a bit to be desired, the dryer didn't work very well. It was just 3 pieces of clothing and it took an hour but they still looked wet.

Das Hotel liegt super praktisch an der Haltestelle des Airport Limousinen Busses Torichosuji. Ab Ausstieg keine 30m zum Hoteleingang. Außerdem liegt es fussläufig von der Burg Kumamoto und ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland wie z.B. den Mount Aso.
