Convenient spot near lots of shops and food and excellent service by the staff. My rental car was oversized so I had to park at one of the ample and reasonably priced public parking lots just next to the hotel.

Super convenient location next to the Sakuramachi bus stop from the airport bus line. It is also a 5min walk to the red and blue line bus and shopping arcade with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was really helpful in arranging extra days for me to stay (since I was there during the typhoon). Stayed in the Kumamoto room which was really cute! Maybe if they gave a couple themed Kumamoto cookies it would have been perfect. Would stay again.

As a business type hotel, the room is quite spacious that there is enough room to open 2 suitcases. The room is neat & tidy. Walking distance to attraction nearby like Kumamoto Castle & Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade. Staff with communicable English but not well trained to provide proper information to make misunderstanding.
