Front desk staff was polite, kind, pleasant and competent. Conveniently located for enjoying parks and downtown. Wish it had an electric outlet and more counter space in the bathroom and no elevated partition that could be easily tripped at the bathroom entrance.

The hotel is very close to the Gymnasium where we had our Aikido Seminar. It was in easy walking distance. Room was very compact and difficult for my husband who is 6ft height.

Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. They have a nice breakfast buffet. The hotel was generally clean. We had unfortunate experiences with the hot water. It's exceptionally hot and both my husband and I experienced the cold water turning off in the middle of our showers leaving us in an extremely hot shower which was not pleasant. It was only for a couple of seconds and then the cold water kicked in again but you need to watch out for that.

Front desk is well-kempt, but the rooms are not very clean. My bathroom smelled terrible. Rooms also have a weird layout, with the minifridge way up in the front of the room by the door and a huge step up into the bathroom (not atypical for Japan, but this step is uncomfortably large). Easy access to trams and Suizenji Park, but I imagine there are better options.

立地がいいが、 トイレが狭くて、動きづらい 掃除不足で、ベットに前泊の方の毛が残って、ほこりがたまっているので、皮膚が痒くなり ベットが固い上に、客層の問題のあるかもしれないが、ドアの明け閉めがガチャガチャでうるさくて眠れません。

Wifi環境が全くダメ！！繋がらない、切れる、スタッフに連絡した感じでは以前から同様のクレームがある中、対応せずに放置されている状況と思われた。Wifi完備と書かれているが全く真逆。 16：00過ぎにチャックインしたら、１階はシーツの山でエレベーターも使えない状況でフロントマンも悪びれずの態度。 シャワーカーテンが短すぎて、どんなに気を付けていても浴室は全体が水浸し、湯舟の排水部は茶色の湯垢が大量にこびり付いたままで不潔。
