Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again!

部屋は広く使いやすいが、ベットがダブルでも枕が１つしかないので、できれば２つあると良い。枕がかなり低いので。 じゅうたんももう少し綺麗だとなお良い気がします。

コスパは良いと思います。施設は古いと思われますがお部屋は清潔感があり広いです。バスタブも広くて良かったです。フロントのスタッフさんもとても親切でした。駅からは少し遠いですが、近くにはコンビニもあり便利です。

年季を感じる施設ですが、部屋は広く、清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 お風呂と御手洗が分かれていた点も良かったです。 朝食はほっとするお味のおかずやカレーが美味しくて有難かったです。 贅沢を言えばパン食が苦手な家族がいたので、朝食バイキングの主食を事前に知りたかったです。

お部屋も広くバスも十分な大きさでした。朝食はカレーもあり概ね満足でした。ただ、ドアノブの動きがかなり硬くで最初はキーロックの解除が出来ないのかと思いちょっと焦ってしまいました。

スタッフさんたちの対応がとても優しく丁寧で、好感度◎でした 1番お安い料金にしたのにお部屋も広く、清潔で、お風呂とトイレは別で、湯船は足が伸ばせました 朝のバイキングも美味しかったです 味噌汁もアサリがしっかり入ってて良かったです ただお部屋にブラシがなく、持参してなかったのでやや困ったのと、歯磨き粉持参すればよかったのですが歯ブラシしか無かったのが予定外でした でも、それは私が次から準備すれば良い事ですので、また機会があったら是非利用したいです お安い朝食付きプランは充分満足でした お世話になりました
