Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were mt favorite part about this hotel. As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. Another thing that surprised me was the many stains on the carpet, especially in the hallways. Also many decorative aspects to the doors were broken or missing. These things didnt bother me, but maybe some people would be turned off by the slightly worn-down look to the hotel. Overall I loved my stay here, and it was very comfortable.

全般的に古めの設備ですが、部屋は十分に広く浴槽も大きい。スタッフの対応も良く手続きもスムーズ。喫煙の部屋があるためか、禁煙の部屋でもユニットバスでタバコの匂いがする部屋がある。朝食は全般的に加工食品が多く化学調味料の味がする。周りには料亭以外はドラッグストアとコンビニのみ。
