“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

“We were so disappointed as we loved the location and when we got into our room it was very nice apart from the people walking past the room window. The main issue was checking in. The member of staff said the rooms had been delayed which in itself isn’t a major issue. But to be told as the customer I was wrong that check in was only from 3pm and that didn’t mean the room would be ready at that time was mind boggling.
