Overall I did like the hotel. Just a couple of issues: - every day the WIFI had to be installed. I didn't know the first morning how to re-stablish it. - the hot water kettle was filthy.

Es war ein Eckzimmer, und lag unter dem Dach. Es waren 31grad in diesem Zimmer. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden wegen den Stechmücken. Meine Enkelin war von Kopf bis Fuß mit zahlreichen Stichen übersät. Wir hielten es in diesem Zimner nicht aus und mussten am 1. Tag da Fenster öffnen was dann so passierte. Im Zimmer stand ein Ventilator der bald zusammen brach und so lt. Geräusche machte, unerträglich. Am dritten Tag ging plötzlich mein Schlüssel nicht mehr, da ich angeblich schon ausgecheckt war. Stand vor einer Jasse und konnte neu. Essen nicht bezahlen mit meinem Schl

Spa & Therme sind gut. Restaurant sind auch gut Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Was ich aber wirklich nicht OK finde, dass man uns als Pärchen für zwei Nächte ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer gegeben hat. Wir könnten die Gespräche im Nebenzimmer glasklar verstehen und umgekehrt war es wahrscheinlich genauso. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist so eine Verbindungstür bestimmt eine Prima Sache, aber was hat sich das Hotel dabei gedacht und als Pärchen so ein Zimmer zuzuweisen? Es war uns auch zuviel Aufwand nach einem anderem Zimmer zu fragen, bei zwei gebuchten Nächten habe ich keine Lust alles wieder zusammen zu packen. Das Hotel hat es auf jeden Fall geschafft, mir den Kurztrip zu versauen!
