Very near to the local store. You can eat satar, otak2, keropok lekor just across the street. Breakfast also very near, walking distance and delicious nasi dagang and nasi kerabu golok. All foods very delicious, I can give 10/10.
We love walking at the beach, lots of crabs running around, but the waves was a bit strong. Beautiful scenery. Bring sunblock, because very hot and sunny.
For the room, advice to bring mosquito repellent.
The only downside was not a lot of choices for beverages. Advice to bring mineral water, soft drinks etc.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room is comfortable eventhough small. The aircond was cool enough and the shower pressure was good . However the cleanliness can be improved especially the floor, it felt “sticky “ ... it should be mopped. There are plenty of eateries nearby.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nearby the beach. However there is no room cleaning service.
Check in process was smooth, staff were polite and it is very near to Monica Bay where we can see turtle at night. The only draw back was that the hotel didn't provide hair dryer in the room, we have to ask for it at the check in counter.
Walking distance to the beach, some renovation there but still very convenient to the beach. Can see turtle at the mid night by just walk to the beach! Not far from the town. Can just drive 10 mins to the Chinese restaurants. Helpful staff and swimming pool is open until 1030pm!
Hotel corridor was very dark, no lights at all.
Water flow was weak, hard to shower.
The area from reception to swimming pool has strong smell that makes me uncomfortable.
No breakfast provided yet cost RM200 per night.
Overall, not value for money.
