This property is not so user friendly for disable people. I have booked a family suite room unfortunately it is not suitable for disable people so i need to upgrade the room to Villa which cost me almost 40% more. The resort was really rundown i dont feel it is worth it for the cost i have paid. The good thing about this resort is that we have a private beach and only less than 5 minutes walk to the clean beach...except need to be careful with Jellyfish...and thanks to the staff who provided a kind help to my dad who is on wheelchair and thanks to Dhiana for organizing a surprise decoration in the room for my mom.

Amazing Stay and staff.

It was a amazing stayed in Holiday Villa Cherating. Even so we have arrived early but the Receptionist allowed us to check in once the Villa is available. We should thanks to one of very kind and helpful staff, En Ramli. Definitely will come again.

The landscaping not well maintain. My son's was bite by the centipede while dinner at their restaurant. The centipide was dropped from the ceiling and bite my son's neck. No mineral water provided in the room. However i would like to thank you for fullfill my request by decorating my room with flowers and baloon for my wedding anniversary. I hope the management will maintain the hotel well. Dont let the hotel die. Dilapidated. Needs new set of painting and maintenance of landscaping.

Dinner by the beach

The place is nice. My room facing swimming pool and nearby to private beach. Food is nice. Dont have to eat outside. Dinner by the beach with delicious cuisine. Swimming pool is huge and clean and not too deep for children to swim. Room rate doesnt include breakfast buffet so extra cost to spent. You can order from room and delivery is provided. Paint of the building looks old should be repainted to preserve the looks.

Awesome Stay!

Cherating was AMAZING. Stayed 2 nights here & we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were warmly welcomed upon arriving. Checking in was very swift. Staffs were friendly & smiling. We were brought to our "villa" & our son loved the space as he could run around (after shifting some furnitures). However we didn't like how the tv was located. It was facing the mini sofa & not the bed. So we couldn't lay on the bed to watch tv unlike other hotels. So boring. Perhaps the resort can consider relocating the tv position. The pool was good. We truly love the clean & beautiful beach! Our aircon was not cold & the toilet flush could not be used. After giving feedback, the maintenance team acted immediately on it. Thank you for the fast response! Everything in the resort was good except for the landscapes. Definitely need immediate attention to the plants & flowers. It will definitely change the resort feel.

Always enjoyed our trips to Cherating, Pahang. Booked a Superior room online with Expedia with good rates. Suprised but happily accepted the Deluxe room upgrade. The hotel not so busy probably due to the Ramadan fasting month. We did enjoy the Buffet Buka Puasa since having friends over. Sahur meals was ample as we requested for room service. Did not use the swimming pool though which was well kept and clean.
