Hotel has a small cafe in front of the main entrance selling local food, cakes etc. Nice to gather my group of friends there. Hotel allowed us to park our cars in their premise ( with security guard ) when we went to island for two nights free of charge. Unfortunately, the lift was not working when we checked in. So we are not able to stay at higher floor, which should have better view.

Overall OK. Except that when I check in, the process are a bit slow. The reception can't find my booking at first. That's the slowest check in process I ever had.

I was terrible..i need to climb until 4th floor to my room cause the elevator breakdown and hotel management could not give any initiative to help me to bring my dad with strock to the room. I’m very sad when check-out i found service elevator can be use but they said only for staff. This could not be happen because your customer is your achievement if client not happy means your archievement is low!

Nice hotel, comfortable spacious room.

If the room especially the toilet was clean then the stay would have been exceptionally memorable for us. It spoiled everything. The bathroom design should have considered the showering habits of Asians
