Very run down. No toiletries in toilet.

Soap container is empty. Was told to get from reception. Air-con not cold. Wall fan cannot turn. Only stays at a position. Pillow too thin and not fluffy. Very old too. Bed not nice to sleep as too soft. Any movement the partner can feels it. Very run down hotel.

Okay for 1 Night Stay

Overall not a satisfy stay due to 1. Water heater low water pressure 2. Water Cooler no water supply 3. Bed is not Comfortable 4. Towel yellow in colour 5. Check in Slow , Front office seem like no prepare for our reservation even book a week earlier.

I booked total of 6 rooms, the hotel service is good and helped me for all my requested during the booking. it's clean but some of the rooms has ciggarete smells. Others are ok. Location is good and price is affortable.

Nice hotel in a mini-mall

Seemed a bit out of the city center, was ok since it was a quick day trip, huge room, hot water available at water fountain, air conditioning worked well, staff eager to help, very secure

Just ok but not gay friendly

Well we chose this hotel because not many options and rated ok. It was just ok for the price. I am just making an assumption that we were given a room not cleaned and with no wifi access because two men asked for a double bed. I realise where we are and maybe we are too far out of kl to expect tolerance. It was in a great location if you have your own car. Not too many good food places close by. My tip....pay a bit extra and stay at the other place.

Kuala Selangorについてあまり情報が得る事が出来ずタウンに近そうなのでこのホテルにしました。ツインベッドの値段相応の部屋でしたが掃除はきれいにしてありました。ただ冷房の効きが悪く又wi-fiが部屋では使えず不便な思いをしました。（受付の人は修理業者が休みで修理出来ないとの事でした。）宿泊費が安いのでこんなものなのかと思いましたが。受付はチェックインの時対応してくれた人はとても親切で色々教えてくれて良かったのですがチェックアウトの時の人は何か不機嫌そうで見送りの挨拶もせず感じが悪く気分が良いものではありませんでした。人によりますね。

not a pleasant stay...

The first room they gave was facing the west (if I'm not mistaken) and the evening sun was very hot and shines directly to the room. When i return from my afternoon tea the room temperature was really heated up as if the heat from the sun is being stored in the room (like a steam room). Add to that, the air-conditioning wasn't working. When i complained about it to the reception/maintenance it took a while for them to decide whether to give another room (or not) finally at midnight they gave another teeny tiny room with no view or window. but thank god the air-conditioning was working in this room. so, out of desperate need for rest, we took the room but mom had to sleep on the floor on a extra bed. but it was really uncomfortable for two person to stay in the dungeon like room. Furthermore, the noise from the corridor was terrible. The room door(s) for all rooms are designed badly that every time people get in and out of the room it slams hard and loudly. we're totally restless and unable to sleep the whole night with the loud noise of slamming doors. reception staff was really not competent and professional, definitely need improvement... one of worse hotel I've stayed in my lifetime and never never going back...

Gutes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Größter Vorteil ist die verkehrsmäßig günstige Lage am zentralen Bahnhof KL Sentral, wo auch die Monorail-Station Richtung Stadt und Petronas Towers liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich würde dort wieder einchecken für ein paar Tage.
