Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and the lovely message card! I had a safe and enjoyable stay. The twin towers view from the Wet Deck was amazing, and chatting with Willy and Minnie at breakfast made my morning! While the music at night and the triangular sink were a bit unusual, I really enjoyed experiencing the unique W Hotel vibe. A huge thank you to all the staff!

The staff were amazing. I’m taking about all of them. Beautiful room and pool with a view of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast buffet was great. Good location next to everything. And the Towers were a block over. Highly recommend.

For city breaks possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. Location is exceptional being over the road from the Petronas towers with an unrivalled view from the rooms and the pool (wet deck). The facilities and staff were next level too - nothing was too much and it felt like there was a genuine personal touch you don’t get these days. Absolutely certain to visit here again if I return to KL.

Wonderful property just a block from Petronas Twin Towers. Clean, welcoming and comfy with a superb breakfast buffet. The only downsides were the incessant nighttime motorcycles revving their engines on the street and thus disturbing one's sleep. Perhaps there are quiter rooms at the backside of the property. And while I had hot water in the sink, The water was only lukewarm in the shower.

They told us the renovation at the Spa and gym would be done by the time we got there but unfortunatly there was still construction going on which led to very loud noise at the pool. Also didn’t have acces to the gym and spa. So a big part of the facilities we paid for weren’t even available. Improvised gym had no AC, imagine having to workout in 32 degrees in hot Kuala Lumpur. The room itself was okay, but the door of the bathroom didn’t fully close so no privacy there. There was no electric contact in the bathroom so I had to blowdry my hair in the bedroom. No electric contacts at the bed, so you have to charge you’re phone or whatever at the other side of the room. Also no smart tv, so no Netflix or YouTube, just a bunch of boring Malaysian local channels. Staff was very polite, breakfast was excellent. But won’t be coming back, it didn’t meet the expectations.
