The Ruma hotel was brilliant, the staff were great, very attentative, friendly. The staff at breakfast are the best, Amal was our daughter’s favourite person and made us feel special everyday along with the countless other staff. The rooms are so luxurious, clean and spacious. After 10 days we still weren’t sick of breakfast- it was so yummy! The pool is very lovely and clean. The staff try to cater to every need. Would definitely recommend and hope we end up here again. We will be back! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable.

Fabulous stay in a charming boutique hotel in the heart of KL! Staff were attentive, friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast was a real feast and would absolutely recommend the spa on site. A beautiful hotel - an oasis far from the madding crowd outside. Everything was excellent. Breakfast gets quite busy and the pool but overall we had an amazing stay. The corner rooms are very spacious and ideal if you are staying a few days.
