Very clean and spacious apartment with all the extras (washing powder, dish soap, shower toiletries). Good security and electronic keys. Friendly staff. 2 bedroom apartment very spacious. Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

Great location and comfort

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.

The room has beautiful views, rooms set up good. Cleanness is very poor. There are so much of very tiny(smaller than poppy seeds)found claw around the drainage area in the bathroom , every where and on dinner table. Front desk service is good.

Master bedroom faucet is not working well, running very slow. Cleanness is poor. There are multiple very tiny tiny (smaller than poppy seeds)bugs claw everywhere, especially around the drainage hole in bathroom and especially on dinner table (creamy surface, easily spitting them) the covers which cover the furnitures are poor condition. Rooms are big and very comfortable with beautiful views. Staffs are nice.
