We only stayed one night and everything was good! Staff was attentive and polite. Room was clean with sufficient toiletries. Hence, we didn’t need to ask for anything.

It was a fabulous stay as great location and convenient as its part mid valley mall! We were put in a smaller room initially but with the extra rollaway bed it was too squeezy for 3 pax, so thankfully they managed to change to a bigger room on the 3rd day as I requested to upgrade but no better rooms were available. Thanks to the staff who assisted in finding us a bigger room :)
