Location is quite convenient to the IOI mall, but most of the restaurants are across the main road which can only be accessed through the overhead bridge linking the mall to the other side of the busy truck road. My room was small and sparsely furnished. Towels were old and the remote control for the air-conditioner in my room was faulty and was set to 16 degree C. Much too cold for me! The only window in the room faces the main road which was always busy and noisy. The hotel is situated next to the local rail line. Whenever the train passed by the hotel, the noise and vibration kept me up in the night. I will not use this hotel again.

Good location, next to IOI Mall Puchong, near to Puchong Jaya MRT station. Friendly staff. No lift. Room no soundproof. Limited parking lot during day time. Toilet bowl cleanliness to be improve.

Hotel looks new but need to improve on cleanliness. Bedroom linens was not changed...smelly. Bathroom floor need to be washed properly. Can feel its not scrubbed when its wet. I have informed the hotel staff on cleanliness but nothing done on my second day. Room not even being clean as im staying 2 nights
