Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We reserved two nights paid and non refundable for Dec. 13 and 14 prior to our Dec 15 flight out out of Malaysia was Dec. 15. Arrived with all luggages and they wouldn't let us in, eated of 100 USD!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms and furnitures were so dirty. There were small crawling insects all over the floor. There is no help desk, and you are asked to pay extra $80 cash for cleaning and tourist tax, even though when you book online and paying, the receipt shows cleaning fee and some taxs already there added. Please avoid if possible.
