I had a wonderful one-night stay at Howard Johnson. The room was excellent ,clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. My booking included breakfast, and I was impressed by the variety of dishes available. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The most unfriendly staff I have ever met in my life as there was no acknowledgement every time we walked through the front door coming and leaving. Also the so called breakfast buffet was pathetic and very stale in its food and selection.

Room was nice, tv didn't work. There is a lingering musty smell throughout the building. The food in on site restaurant was delicious

The location for me was really good. The outside and the lobby are really nice but the room I was in was just run down. It all just felt a bit neglected. Broken tiles on the bathroom walls. The bed was comfy though and for me it was a place the sleep and that was it. Water was hot too for a shower. I didn’t pay much so I can’t really complain.

Nice big hotel . Doorman was very helpful when we come. Receptionist kind during check in even he forgot tell us where breakfast serving. Our check wasn’t so pleased.. not communicating, no friendly ( like most Malay people can not customer service at all) we eat in restaurant on the eve and staff were very kind and we got good service and meal. They have own Indian chef. Rooms are dirty. Floor needed hoover.. sink/ bath sink real products to clean better. Room are big and comfortable. But walking on the dirty floor with barefoot is not comfortable.

OK but shabby place to stay, from outside it looks much better then from inside. If you are not picky, considering the price this is not a bad choice. The main disadvantage is – there is no activities around the hotel, for any you must walk 20 minutes or use monorail.

โรงแรมเปี่ยนชื่อ แล้วไม่ใช้ชื่อเดิมและไม่ได้แจ้งเปลี่ยน กด GPS นําทางก็หาไม่เจอต้องจ้างคนท้องถิ่นหา ชั้นล่างลอบบี้ดูสะอาดสวย ข้างบนห้องเก่ามาก แอร์ก็ดัง รุ่นเก่าและไม่เย็น ผ้าปูที่นอนก็เก่าและสกปรก อาหารเช้าถ้าคะแนนเต็ม 10 ได้แค่ 3 ไปพักก่อน 1 วัน จ่ายเงินสด วันที่พักจริงได้ยกเลิกแล้ว ถึงตอนนี้ยังไม่ได้เงินคืน
