Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. The PR is a great hotel - it has a great eco vibe with a lot of greenery inside - perfect match for KL. The room was nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge add on - the complimentary cocktail hour with snacks was great and a nice spot for a light breakfast, although definitely worth it to go to the main breakfast area as the selection there was extensive!
