The property is amazing for short or long stays. We stayed with our kids and all had an amazing time. The only drawback is that its 10-15 minutes walk from the train station but you can always order a ride. They have great breakfast and pool at hotel

Cleanliness requires attention!

Check in was a breeze, thanks to very kind Viki. However, mattress was very dirty, and could easily see stain on floor. The floor is no longer in a good shape, which requires attention.

The room was spacious but the fridge didn't work. We asked for a replacement. It came but the "new" fridge also didn't work. We informed front desk and they said it would be replaced, again. We returned to the room but the fridge - whether replaced or not - was still not working! We were put up on the 3rd floor, with a lawn facing, and somebody had thrown diapers from the top floor! Ridiculous...

Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Leider war mein Zimmer Richtung Straße und es war dadurch in der Nacht durch den Straßenverkehr etwas lauter. Beim Frühstück würde ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl an Obst wünschen. Würde aber wieder kommen. Für den Preis ist das Hotel echt ok. Mit Grab ist man sehr schnell an den den Petronas Towers. Zu Fuß dauert es etwa 25 Minuten. Vom KLIA mit dem Auto in 45 Minuten zu erreichen

Stayed here several times before and its always been fine but one incident i found very annoying. They have laundry facilities so i bought 4 tokens 2 to wash and 2 to dry thinking i would require 2 machines. As it turns out the machines were larger than I expected so only used 2 tokens. I took the other 2 back to reception and asked for a refund but was told no that they wouldn't refund me the unused tokens. This makes no sense and simply irritates the guest. The amount of money is small but the unfairness means i shall never stay there again.

Wonderful staff and great food!

The hotel was not recently renovated. It is well-maintained and very clean. We were so impressed with the kind staff and the excellent food! The location is also good because it was easy to get to the city center by taxi. This was a lovely stay
