Awful

Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this. Never stay there again.
