BAD HOTEL, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD SERVICES

The hotel management claimed that they knew nothing about the advertisement in this website for example, we arrived at 4pm, but we still have to wait for the hotel staff to prep the room as they claim that they didn't know the check-in time was 2pm like mentioned in the advertisement in this website. Another issue was regarding to parking whereby they also claimed that they knew nothing about parking being free of charge for hotel guests as mentioned in the advertisement. so we have to pay every time we drive into the building compound area as the parking fee is per entry basis. imagine that we have to go back and forth from the hotel for few times in a day, and still have to pay for the parking which was said to be free of charge for hotel guests like stated in the advertisement. definitely won't choose that hotel again after this. highly not recommended :(
