Hotel review

The room was clean, &furniture were new, but it is small. I needed to checkout before 8am, but hotel office was still closed. I had to make comeback later in the day to return key and get refund, not fun.

Spacious hotel. Very clean and calm. Just had a nightmare with the parking attendants..though they didn't belong to the hotel. Yet the parking fee was quite expensive without any roof.

Good, quiet and cosy There is very nice park in front of hotel, managed to enjoy jogging with local in the morning. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity and convenient stores

The hotel was rather quiet and it was quite clean. A male customer service staff was good and helpful in serving his guests. However, some front desk staff service were rather disappointing. For example, we asked for make up room but it was not done when we returned to hotel at night. When we asked, they said due to lack of manpower, the room was not cleaned. We find this unacceptable for a basic hotel service and disappointing. Lastly, the surrounding of the hotel was quite quiet. Not many shops around and the location was rather secluded. Not an ideal choice to stay if you are looking for lots of amenities nearby. But if you like quiet place to work on your stuff, then it is a great place to stay.

Pros: - Decent hotel, OK to stay for business - In same locations, there are restaurants, 24 hrs food available + 24 hrs convenient shop, Starbucks, night clubs (but you wouldn't hear noise from there) Cons: - No free parking as advertised! - They do not clean your room automatically, they just leave your ream untidy until you check-out...

Overall nice hotel

It’s a nice basic hotel, it has a lot of eating and drinking options and everything you need close by. But I was really unhappy with the staff there. Not welcoming ,even rude. My plane landed in the middle of the night in KL so I already have sent a notice that I need to check in earlier. The staff wanted to send me away first because they couldn't find my booking and according to them I shouldn’t be arriving before 2 pm for check in. The problem was the hotel is a little bit far away from the city center and being my first day in KL I didn’t really knew where to go. After I complained they gave me a room. I can understand, that people are not very sunny and chipper in the middle of the night, but one doesn't have to be rude either.

The location and parking was great. Room is spacious and clean too. Only thing that really ruined our stay was the receptionist attitude and service. We arrived around 1230 and asked if we could request for an early check in, the receptionist didnt even bother to check if there is any rooms available...he just say check in at 2pm. Of course we know it is 2pm, or else we wont come and ask. No greetings and smiles. Not professional at all. The next day, when we called to ask if we could extend a night, the receptionist just told us room 202 was booked. Didnt even offer another alternative and tell us the hotel is fully booked... they really need to through some serious hotellier training before sending them to front desk as it really ruins the hotel reputation.

It was a shop lot hotel. Well designed for what it was. Bathroom has a rain shower head which is the best for de-stressing for me. Only thing, hotel can invest in a better and bigger bath mat and also advise guest to leave bath mat outside bathroom as the water pretty much wets the whole bathroom due to design. Cafe has decent food and good coffee.
