It was an amazing place I ever stayed. And I never expected this sort of experience during stay with my family when I did the booking. Superb comfort with great facilities. The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept no cleaning service😀😀😀😀😀
