Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel.

Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty. Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing. Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault).

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

really good property, area is close enough to the city centre I walked home from the centre everyday. One thing that really stood out that I really liked was that the hotel had a filtered water system within the room instead of water bottles so it saves on plastic and encourages recycling!!

Pool bar with a nice view of KL by night. The staff was above average in service - so attentive and friendly. The rooms were ok, nothing special but functional. The breakfast had more than enough options for us and never felt crowded. I would stay here again!

Generally, it's a very good place for staying in Kuala Lumpur. The staff are friendly and polite. I love there's a water server in the room. Only thing I need to point out is there are some insects in the room, like ant and some are bigger ones. I told the staff about this and they apologize to me politely and promise will check the room and make it clean. I'd like to stay in another time again but hope there will be no insects next time.
