Brand new hotel

So far, everything is fine. however, i'm not comfortable bcs its a lil bit noisy as i can hear noises from room next door. last time i check in there, i left my things there and the management didnt inform me that i left my things on my room. when i call to inform them, they said they didnt know and need to check back with the cleaner. it took me almost 1 hour for their feedback.

Hotel is lousy. Toilet floor becomes flooded with water after bathing. The room sound proofing is bad. The wifi is also not good. Only the TV channel is good.

Perfect stay

Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. It was very comfortable and the hotel is designed in a beautiful way. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Even got to use the printer to print my stuff for free. Only downside is that the location is a bit out and surrounding got nothing much.
