Great stay with a few tweaks Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing. The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay.

Hotel is very nice but just outside the smell is unbearable. Basically a mall vacation given bad conditions of the streets a few blocks away and homeless people. But the malls are very large with many places to eat. Just not a fan of Malaysia. It’s the opposite of beautiful Singapore.
