Our room was clean with two large beds. Bottle water and capsule coffee are complementary, but other snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge are extra costs. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to try. The gym was well equipped and had plenty of room for several guests. Unfortunate for us, there was a planned power outage morning to mid-afternoon on one of the days of our stay.

The staff was extremely helpful with assisting with my luggage and opening doors. They also assisted in ordering taxis for me. Staff were well dressed and spoke good English, communication is key. The room is faultless. It was cleaned perfectly with symmetrical precision. Highly recommend staying here as it’s within 5 minute walk to KLCC and next to an LRT station for easy travel.
