Great stay at Impiana. Lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast offerings were ok, but not particularly tasty. Good variety for a range of nationalities. Soundproofing in the rooms needs some work. Great bar and infinity pool.

Rooms were large and staff accomodating and very helpful. It’s an old building ( not that you can tell from the outside) so maintenance is needed, ceilings, toilets, shower. Some older rooms can have stale stuffy smell. Cleaning can be hit and miss, but the staff will happily fix to try to help. Club lounge - I have been to a few and found this one to be just ok, breakfast was ok

The room was really lovely, great size, lovely view, comfortable bed, amazing water pressure! The staff were really helpful. The pool view was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint (gets the sun in the morning to mid day). There is an affordable shop within the hotel which was ideal. The breakfast was extensive with a made to order egg station, so many tasty options . The location is perfect, easy to walk to busier areas with shops and restaurants.
