THE HOTEL CLOSED AND FON NUM NOT IN SERVICE

Already paid through hotels.com but when arrived at the hotel, it was closed and locked. I paid for two rooms. I have contact their telephone num but no service. So i have to book another hotel.
Stayed 1 night in Sep 2020
